By using our website or completing a transaction with NEXO, you agree to the applicable terms below, subject to your rights under applicable law.

1. About NEXO Timepieces

NEXO Timepieces is an independent business specializing in pre-owned luxury watches, watch collecting, and horological education.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the watches offered by NEXO are previously owned. NEXO is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or an authorized dealer of the watch manufacturers represented on this website.

All trademarks, brand names, and model designations remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Watch Descriptions and Condition

We strive to represent every timepiece accurately and transparently.

Our product descriptions may include information about:

• Brand, model, and reference number.

• Approximate manufacture or sale year, where reasonably established.

• Cosmetic and mechanical condition.

• Included boxes, papers, accessories, and documentation.

• Known service history and available provenance.

• Inspection observations and mechanical testing results.

Pre-owned watches may exhibit normal signs of age, use, servicing, or component replacement.

Product photographs and written descriptions should be reviewed carefully before purchase. Editorial or environmental presentation images may supplement photographs of the actual watch.

Any material condition concerns known to NEXO will be disclosed to the best of our knowledge.

Buyers are encouraged to request additional photographs, measurements, or information before completing a purchase.

3. Authenticity and Documentation

NEXO places particular emphasis on authenticity, identification, and provenance.

We evaluate timepieces using available physical evidence, documentation, technical knowledge, and appropriate third-party resources.

However, original manufacturer documentation, warranty eligibility, and historical provenance vary from watch to watch.

The presence of a box, warranty card, certificate, or accessory does not necessarily establish its original association with the timepiece unless expressly described.

Any third-party inspection or authentication documentation will be identified as such.

NEXO will not knowingly offer counterfeit watches for sale.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are expressed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Watches are generally unique inventory items and may also be offered through independent marketplaces or direct collector networks.

Consequently, a watch displayed on our website may become unavailable before its listing is updated.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors and to decline or cancel transactions before fulfillment. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Applicable sales taxes and any separately agreed charges will be disclosed during the transaction.

5. Orders and Payment

A purchase is confirmed when the applicable payment arrangements have been accepted and the transaction has been acknowledged by NEXO.

Payment methods may vary according to the transaction and sales channel.

Watches are normally released for shipment only after the agreed payment has been received and cleared.

For purchases completed through third-party marketplaces, the applicable marketplace's payment procedures and buyer protections also apply.

6. Shipping and Delivery

All purchased timepieces are carefully packaged and shipped fully insured using an appropriate courier service.

Shipping is included with watch purchases unless different arrangements are expressly agreed upon for a particular transaction.

Deliveries generally require a signature or another secure delivery arrangement.

Shipment timing and delivery arrangements will be communicated to the buyer. If NEXO cannot ship within the agreed period, we will notify the buyer and provide the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.

Buyers should promptly notify NEXO of any apparent shipping damage, delivery discrepancy, or missing contents so that the matter can be investigated with the carrier.

Any international shipment, where offered, may involve additional import duties, taxes, customs procedures, or other requirements that must be agreed upon before shipment.

7. Returns and Order Discrepancies

Because NEXO specializes in individually inspected pre-owned timepieces, direct sales are generally final, and discretionary returns for a change of mind are not accepted.

However, NEXO stands behind the accuracy of its material product representations.

If a delivered watch is materially different from its description, or if another issue arises that may entitle the buyer to a remedy under applicable law, the buyer should contact NEXO promptly with a description of the concern and supporting information.

We will review the circumstances and work toward an appropriate resolution consistent with the transaction terms and applicable consumer protections.

No provision of these Terms & Conditions limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For transactions completed through eBay or another marketplace, that platform's applicable return policies, buyer protections, and dispute procedures also govern the transaction.

8. Mechanical Performance and Testing

Mechanical watches are precision instruments whose performance can vary with position, winding state, temperature, wear, service condition, and operating environment.

NEXO may provide inspection snapshots, timegrapher results, or other technical observations to help buyers understand a particular watch.

These measurements describe the watch under the conditions of the specific test. They are not guarantees of daily-wear accuracy, amplitude, power reserve, or future mechanical performance.

Unless specifically represented otherwise, water resistance is not guaranteed for pre-owned watches. Buyers should not assume that historical manufacturer specifications establish the current water resistance of a particular example.

9. Mechanical Warranty

Selected timepieces may be sold with a NEXO 6-Month Limited Mechanical Warranty, when expressly stated in the applicable listing or transaction documentation.

This limited warranty is separate from the product description and covers qualifying mechanical failures subject to its written terms and exclusions.

It does not constitute a guarantee of cosmetic condition, daily-wear accuracy, power reserve, or water resistance.

The complete warranty terms will be made available to the buyer before purchase when the warranty applies.

Watches not expressly offered with this warranty do not automatically receive NEXO's six-month coverage. Any manufacturer's remaining warranty is subject to that manufacturer's terms and eligibility requirements.

Nothing in this section limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Selling or Trading a Watch to NEXO

NEXO welcomes inquiries from collectors interested in selling or trading their timepieces.

Information submitted through our Sell Your Watch form is used for preliminary evaluation and communication.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase commitment, guarantee an offer, or establish an agreed transaction value.

Any offer may depend on subsequent verification of the watch's condition, authenticity, ownership, accessories, and supporting documentation.

Final transaction terms must be mutually accepted before a purchase or trade is completed.

11. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The NEXO website contains original photography, editorial materials, educational articles, analytical commentary, and business-related content.

Unless otherwise indicated, original NEXO content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Manufacturer names and trademarks are used for identification and discussion.

Educational articles and market observations represent analysis or commentary, not guarantees of future watch values, resale prices, or investment returns.

12. Privacy and Communications

Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By contacting NEXO through email, WhatsApp Business, website chat, or an inquiry form, you authorize us to respond through an appropriate communication channel concerning your inquiry.

Marketing communications are handled separately and may be declined or unsubscribed from.

13. Third-Party Services and Marketplaces

Our website may link to external services, payment providers, manufacturers, and marketplaces.

Transactions conducted through independent platforms may be subject to additional policies and contractual requirements.

Where applicable marketplace requirements or mandatory laws conflict with these website terms, the controlling requirements take precedence.
