NEXO Timepieces specializes in carefully selected and individually described pre-owned luxury watches.
Each timepiece is offered with attention to its condition, authenticity, accompanying documentation, and available mechanical observations.
We encourage buyers to review all descriptions and photographs carefully and to request any additional information before purchasing.

Final Sales
All direct watch sales are generally final.
NEXO does not ordinarily accept returns for buyer's remorse, changes in personal preference, or a decision not to keep a watch after purchase.

Items Not as Described
NEXO stands behind the accuracy of its material product representations.
If a timepiece is materially different from its description, please contact us promptly with an explanation of the concern and any supporting photographs or information.
We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a return and refund where warranted.
Any return authorization, shipping arrangements, and associated costs will be communicated as part of the resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Mechanical Warranty Claims
Selected watches may include the NEXO 6-Month Limited Mechanical Warranty when expressly identified in their listing or transaction documentation.
A mechanical warranty claim is distinct from a return request and is governed by the applicable written warranty terms.
Mechanical performance measurements provided in listings are inspection snapshots rather than guarantees of future daily-wear performance.

Order Cancellations and Unavailable Items
If NEXO cannot fulfill an accepted order, any payment collected for the unfulfilled purchase will be refunded as required by applicable law.
Where a shipment is delayed beyond the applicable shipping commitment, buyers will receive the cancellation and refund options required by law.

Marketplace Purchases
Watches purchased through eBay or other third-party marketplaces are also subject to the applicable marketplace's return policies, buyer protections, and dispute-resolution procedures.

Refund Processing
When a refund is approved or legally required, NEXO will arrange payment through an appropriate refund method in accordance with applicable requirements.
