Shipping is included with every NEXO Timepieces purchase.

All timepieces are carefully packaged and shipped via tracked, fully insured courier service appropriate to their value.

Signature confirmation and/or hold at location (HAL) may be required to ensure secure delivery.

There are no additional standard shipping charges to the buyer.

NEXO 6-Month Limited Mechanical Warranty

This timepiece includes the NEXO 6-Month Limited Mechanical Warranty, beginning on the purchase date.

Coverage applies to mechanical movement failures arising during normal use, including failure to run, wind, set, or operate its intended mechanical functions.

The warranty excludes cosmetic condition and ordinary wear, water intrusion, accidental damage, misuse, magnetism, external components, unauthorized opening or servicing, and normal variations in mechanical performance. Timekeeping accuracy, amplitude, beat error, and power reserve are not guaranteed.

Warranty claims require prior authorization from NEXO Timepieces. The original purchaser is responsible for insured inbound shipping; NEXO covers insured return shipping following an approved repair.

Coverage is non-transferable and applies to eligible purchases shipped to U.S. addresses. Remedies are limited to repair or an alternative selected by NEXO under the applicable warranty terms, without limiting rights provided by law.

This warranty is independent of any remaining manufacturer warranty.

Return & Refund Policy

At NEXO Timepieces, every watch is carefully evaluated and described with attention to its condition, authenticity, and accompanying documentation.

All sales are final, except where a timepiece is materially not as described or where a return is required by applicable law.

Returns for Material Misrepresentation

If a timepiece received differs materially from its description, photographs, or stated condition, please contact NEXO Timepieces promptly after delivery.

We will review the concern and may request supporting photographs or other documentation.

If a return is approved:

• NEXO will provide return authorization and secure shipping instructions.

• The timepiece must be returned with all originally supplied accessories, documentation, and packaging, in substantially the same condition as received.

• NEXO will arrange or cover insured return shipping for an approved not-as-described claim.

• Following receipt and verification, a full refund of the purchase price and applicable taxes will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Circumstances

Returns are not accepted for changes of mind, buyer's remorse, personal preferences, or normal characteristics of mechanical watches that have been accurately disclosed.

Damage occurring after delivery, improper handling, unauthorized alterations, or third-party servicing does not qualify for a return under this policy.

Shipping Damage

Any damage or discrepancy discovered upon delivery should be reported promptly. Please preserve the original packaging and provide photographs to assist with the insured-shipping claim.

Mechanical Warranty

Mechanical failures arising after delivery may be covered under the separate NEXO 6-Month Limited Mechanical Warranty, where applicable. Warranty claims are handled independently of the return policy.

Third-Party Purchases

Purchases made through external marketplaces may also be subject to the applicable marketplace's terms and buyer-protection policies.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

NEXO Photography & Image Disclosure

All photographs are based on the actual timepiece offered for sale and photographed by NEXO Timepieces.

Our photographic process may include focus stacking, exposure adjustments, color correction, and minor dust removal.

Selected editorial photographs may use AI-generated or enhanced backgrounds, environments, and lighting atmosphere.

The watch itself is not intentionally altered, beautified, or reconstructed by AI. Its physical characteristics, dial, case, strap, wear, and condition are represented using photographs of the actual watch.

NEXO uses modern photographic and AI techniques to improve presentation, never to misrepresent the condition of a timepiece.
